60 watts of bi-amplification

For exceptional richness and clarity of sound, Harman Kardon engineers have bi-amplified the Harman Kardon Go + Play Micro system. In other words, the system amplifies its 30-watt low-frequency woofer independently and separately from its two 15-watt high-frequency tweeters. Because of bi-amplification, you’ll hear the kind of sharp, efficient, optimal sound quality that you expect from Harman Kardon products.

iPhone or iPod playback

Designed with an angled cradle that can house your iPhone, iPod or other MP3 device, the Harman Kardon Go + Play Micro delivers high-performance playback anywhere and everywhere. It even has an iPod nano adapter. And that’s just the beginning; the loudspeaker dock will export photos directly to your TV, transforming the unit into a compact multimedia system.

Digital signal processing (DSP) with computer-optimized equalization (COE)

The Harman Kardon Go + Play Micro has a unique combination of digital signal processing (DSP), which provides a rich, complete soundstage, and computer-optimized equalization (COE), which uses a proprietary compression technology to ensure clean, accurate sound at high output levels. To put it another way, the system uses high technology to produce gorgeous sound.

From its arched, stainless-steel handle to its iPhone/iPod docking cradle, the Harman Kardon Go + Play Micro combines utility with a functional industrial design. Stylish without being flashy, the docking station features black and silver accents that fit almost any décor.

Advanced transducers

We’ve equipped the Harman Kardon Go + Play Micro system with an Atlas™ woofer that keeps bass performance undistorted and two Odyssey® tweeters that project powerful musical detail over a broad range. The system delivers consistent, high-quality playback that can create a detailed soundstage.

IR remote control

The Harman Kardon Go + Play Micro’s infrared (IR) remote control oversees the functions of mobile Apple devices from up to 15 feet (4.6 meters) away. In either Music or Navigation mode, the remote enables volume adjustments and track changes. And you can browse through songs, artists or albums as easily as if you were holding your iPhone or iPod device in your hand.

AC power or battery power

At home or on the go, the Harman Kardon Go + Play Micro works just as efficiently on battery power (eight type-C alkaline batteries) as it does when plugged into an AC electrical outlet. In AC mode, the dock will charge your mobile Apple device and be ready to go – to the beach, a park or wherever your imagination takes you – without using battery power.

iPhone and iPod charging

To keep your iPod or iPhone from losing battery power, the Harman Kardon Go + Play Micro dock serves as a charging station when it’s connected to an electrical outlet. It will keep your iPod/iPhone ready for action whenever you’re ready for music.

USB port

A dedicated USB synchronization and charge port provides power to your iPhone or iPod when it’s docked in your Harman Kardon Go + Play Micro system, even when the system is operating on battery power. The iPod or iPhone will also synchronize automatically with iTunes running on your PC or laptop.
